RETURNS POLICY

Any item purchased from our website can be returned for any reason within a 14 day timescale (this time scale can be extended by arrangement) for a Refund or an Exchange as long as

• The goods have not been worn or used, with the exception of initial evaluation purposes.
• The goods are still in their original condition, are not showing any signs of wear and still have the original tickets/tags attached.
• The goods are returned to us within 14 days using a delivery service that enables proof of receipt (this time scale can be extended, but only when a customer has specifically asked for a time extension).

Any item that is returned should be sent to the address that is specified in the original documentation. If the customer is unsure as to the correct 'returns address' to use, please contact us to confirm the destination.

Where goods are being returned from outside the UK mainland, we ask that the parcel is clearly marked as 'Goods Returned To Their Original UK Destination'.
