What size will I require?
We have included a Sizing Guide on its own dedicated page within our Website. This will help you choose any particular jacket/coat or slipper/boot.
How should I look after my new leather jacket?
As long as it is treated properly a leather jacket should last for years. We would always suggest that after wear it should be fastened and hung on a proper hanger. We would always endorse the use of a silicone protector or scotchgard,which will help protect the garment from the elements.
Can you suggest where I can get my jacket repaired or altered?
We are happy to offer a professional alteration or repair service to any person who has bought a garment from us. The cost will depend upon the nature of work required and treated on an individual basis.
Do I have to order my goods over the Internet?
Some people do not feel comfortable placing orders via “cyberspace” and prefer to use a Website as a point of reference. Under these circumstances we can take orders over the telephone.
Is it possible to try something before I buy it?
We offer a “try before you buy service” to anyone living within a 25 mile radius of Bournemouth. However any arrangements have to be made with prior notice which will usually be 3 working days.
How do I know when to expect my delivery?
Once your goods have been despatched you will receive an e-mail informing you to expect delivery. Furthermore, every pair of Shepherd slippers are now delivered within a 2 hour window.
