PAYMENT AND PRICES

All items may be purchased using Maestro, Delta, Switch, Solo, MasterCard, Visa and Amex. You can also pay by cheque which should be made payable to SIMONS LEATHER and sent to us at:
9 The Avenue Centre, 11-21 Commercial Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5RP, United Kingdom.

Please be aware that any goods purchased by cheque will not be despatched until the funds have cleared; which will normally take at least 3 working days.

We also have the facility for customers for customers to process their orders by PAYPAL. Indeed, we would encourage non-UK residents and/or non-UK card-holders to use Paypal in preference to any other payment method.

All prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT.

Please be aware that Simons Leather reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason we see fit.

DELIVERY

Because we care about every element of our Customer Service, all deliveries sent will require a signature upon receipt. Delivery will generally be undertaken by Parceline or Royal Mail.

ALL MAINLAND UK PURCHASES WILL BE DELIVERED FREE OF CHARGE. Charges will apply to deliveries to all other destinations.

Once the item has been shipped out of the UK, we cannot be held responsible for any additional taxes and duties; these must be borne by the customer.

All goods are sold subject to availability.

We will always confirm your order after payment and prior to despatch.

GUARANTEE

All garments supplied are covered by our own GUARANTEE, where we will undertake to carry out any required repairs due to manufacturing fault of zips, stitching, buttons, poppers, etc. for up to 12 months after purchase.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

You may return any item to us for any reason within 14 days for a refund or exchange as long as: -
1) The goods have not been worn or used in any way
2) The goods are still in their original condition with tickets and/or tags attached
3) The goods are returned to us within 14 days using a delivery service that requires a signature as proof of receipt.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS

All leather items may vary slightly due to the nature of the material. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that product descriptions and particularly colours are accurate; we cannot be held liable for any slight variations that can occur.

Please note that Pandell Ltd trading as Simons Leather (Online) trades exclusively through the Website and as such is goverened by rules,regulations and statutory laws that are laid down within its own terms and conditions.As such it was set up to operate as a different company to that of The Leather Shop Limited.

The Leather Shop Ltd previously trading as Simons Leather (Old Christchurch Road and Commercial Road Bournemouth) was set up to function as a completely separate legal entity. Please note that from March 2013 The Leather Shop Ltd ceased to function as a Company in accordance with regulation laid down by Companies House.
