ALL MAINLAND UK PURCHASES WILL BE DELIVERED FREE OF CHARGE.

Items dispatched to addresses in other areas of the UK will be charged at a rate of £10.00. Items dispatched to addresses within Mainland Europe will be charged at a standard rate of £30.00. Small parcels sent to Europe (not containing garments) will be charged at a lower rate of £15.00.

Large parcels (containing garments) sent to other countries in the World (outside Europe) will be charged at the rate of £40.00 and smaller parcels at a lower rate of £25.00

Unfortunately, extreme logistical difficulties associated with Russia and China prevent us from shipping any of our products to either of these countries at this time.

Because we care about every element of our Customer Service, all deliveries will be undertaken by a specifically nominated Courier Company. Coats and Jackets are usually dispatched via DHL or DPD. Small Parcels (not containing coats or jackets) by DHL or Royal Mail. Every customer will receive an e-mail once their purchase has been dispatched and every UK delivery will require a signature (or proof of delivery) upon receipt.

All goods, however, are sold subject to availability. In the unforeseen eventuality of a 'back-ordered' product we will notify the customer of the delay and endeavour to provide them with an estimated time scale for fulfilment or any other suitable alternative arrangement. In most cases deliveries are received by the customer within 3 working days - although this can be subject to seasonal variation. If a customer has a specific delivery requirement we would always encourage immediate communication where we will attempt to change our parameters, if this is practically possible. When a customer requires delivery to either a work or alternative address we will also require full contact information pertaining to that address including contact landline telephone number.

If a customer requires that their delivery needs to be expedited we would also ask them to contact our Customer Services Department as quickly as possible so that this might be arranged. Please note that under these circumstances additional charges might be necessary to implement.

Once the item has been shipped out of the UK, we cannot be held responsible for any additional taxes or charges; these should be borne by the customer.
