PAYMENT AND PRICES
All items may be purchased using Maestro, Delta, Switch, Solo, MasterCard, Visa and Amex. You can also pay by cheque which should be made payable to SIMONS LEATHER and sent to us at:

Please be aware that any goods purchased by cheque will not be despatched until the funds have cleared; which will normally take at least 3 working days.

All prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT.

DELIVERY
Because we care about every element of our Customer Service, all deliveries sent will require a signature upon receipt. Delivery will generally be undertaken by Parceline or Royal Mail. ALL (MAINLAND) UK PURCHASES WILL BE DELIVERED FREE OF CHARGE. All goods are sold subject to availability. We will always confirm your order after payment and prior to despatch.

GUARANTEE
All garments supplied are covered by our own GUARANTEE, where we will undertake to carry out any required repairs due to manufacturing fault of zips, stitching, buttons, poppers, etc. for up to 12 months after purchase.

RETURNS POLICY
You may return any item to us for any reason within 14 days for a refund or exchange as long as: -
1) The goods have not been worn or used in any way
2) The goods are still in their original condition with tickets and/or tags attached
3) The goods are returned to us within 14 days using a delivery service that requires a signature as proof of receipt.

DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
All leather items may vary slightly due to the nature of the material. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that product descriptions and particularly colours are accurate; we cannot be held liable for any slight variations that can occur.
